Online coaching

One program, built around you

I coach online, which means your program follows you to whichever gym you use and whichever days your week actually allows. Everything below is how I work, in plain words.

What online coaching with me includes

An individual program, written for you

Built around your goals, experience, preferences, and lifestyle. If you have three days, it is a three day program. If you are brand new, it starts where a brand new lifter should start. No cookie cutter programs and no unnecessary complexity.

Strength, hypertrophy, and functional work together

Strength so you get genuinely stronger. Hypertrophy so you build the shape you are after. Functional work so it carries into being on your feet all day, lifting, carrying, and reacting quickly.

Progressive overload you can see on paper

We track the lifts and add in a controlled way: a little more weight, a rep, or cleaner execution. Progress is a number that moves over months, not how wrecked you feel afterwards.

Coaching on the why, not just the what

Every exercise has a reason I can explain. I want you to understand what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how it helps you become stronger and more capable. That is what keeps you progressing long after the first program.

Accountability that is actually useful

Regular check ins on your lifts, your energy, and how the week went, so the program gets adjusted based on what is really happening instead of what was planned in month one.

Equestrian strength, growing

If you ride, we can aim your training at the saddle: strength, stability, balance, and the confidence that comes with them. Combining lifting with my experience around horses is where I am taking this coaching next.

What I will not do

Training just to make you exhausted

No random workouts

If I cannot tell you why a movement is in your program, it does not go in your program.

No complexity for show

Simple, purposeful exercise selection done consistently beats a complicated plan you abandon.

No soreness as a scorecard

Soreness means something was new. Strength means something is working. We chase the second one.
