Fuel the work

Eat enough to build something

Training is the request. Food and sleep are how your body fills the order. Run your numbers below, then eat like the session mattered. Nothing complicated, nothing extreme.

How much protein do I actually need to build muscle?

Most of my clients land between 0.7 and 1 gram per pound of bodyweight per day. Hit that consistently, spread across your meals, and you have handled the single biggest nutrition lever for building muscle while training hard.

Do I need to eat less to look my best?

Not usually, and not first. Under eating while strength training is how people end up smaller instead of stronger. Eat enough to recover from your sessions, keep protein high, and let the training change your shape.

Do I have to track every meal forever?

No. Track long enough to learn what your normal day actually looks like, then keep the habits and drop the app. The point is awareness, not living in a spreadsheet for the rest of your life.
